झारखण्ड के पश्चिम सिंहभूम जिला यानि चाईबासा क्षेत्र में यदि आप अपने निवास , व्यवसाय के लिए स्थान ( प्लॉट ) की तलाश में है , तो आपकी तलाश यहाँ ख़त्म हो सकती है। क्यूंकि चाईबासा के पंपाड़ा इलाके के आस पास कुइदबूसु और सोसोहातु में हम बड़े पैमाने पर कॉलोनी बसाने के कार्य में लगे हुए है। इसके आलावा हम पताहतु में कार्य कर रहे है , लेकिन यहाँ इस पोस्ट में हम केवल पंपाड़ा वाले परियोजना की बात करेंगे।
प्लॉट का स्थिति ( स्थान )
चाईबासा में हमारे इस प्लॉट तक पहुंचने के लिए तम्बो चौक से भरभरिया की तरफ जाने वाले मुख्य सड़क पर आगे बढ़ना है। आगे बढ़ने पर हमें तुइबीर और उसके बाद पंपाड़ा चौक मिलेगा। पंपाड़ा चौक से कुछ दूर आगे बढ़ने पर सड़क के बाये तरफ सड़क से सटी हुई हमारी प्लॉट देखने को मिल जाएगी। तम्बो चौक से प्लॉट की अनुमानित दुरी लगभग 4 किलोमीटर है।
शहर से 4 - 5 किलोमीटर की दायरे में यदि कोई सुव्यवस्थ्ति कॉलोनी में हमें कोई प्लॉट मिलता है तो यह सबसे बेहतर विकल्प है रहने बसने या भविष्य निर्माण के लिए। तम्बो से भरभरिया जाने वाली मुख्य सड़क की स्थिति बहुत अच्छी है , जो हमारे इस प्लाट और मुख्य चाईबासा के बीच की दुरी को काफी काम कर देती है।

Plot Location
To reach this plot of ours in Chaibasa one has to proceed from Tambo Chowk on the main road going towards Bharbharia. On our way forward we will find Tuibir and then Pampada Chowk. Proceeding some distance from Pampada Chowk, we will get to see our plot adjacent to the road on the left side of the road. The approximate distance of the plot from Tambo Chowk is about 4 kms.
If we get a plot in a tidy colony within a radius of 4 - 5 km from the city, then it is the best option for living or future construction. The main road from Tambo to Bharbharia is in very good condition, which makes the distance between our plot and the main Chaibasa quite handy.
